With more than 20 years in IT, he is a recognized expert and leader in the field of AI who sets a high standard and leads the company to new technological heights.

Infrastructure Director
He leads the development team and is responsible for the reliable and flexible technical foundation of all solutions. Architecture, automation, databases, and server-side systems are all under his control. He stays calm even when production is down, is always available, quickly finds solutions, and ensures uninterrupted operation of services.
Aleksandr Voronchikhin
Machine Learning Engineer
He is responsible for data preparation and training models for speech synthesis and simultaneous translation. He created two neural voices — in Russian and English — and has deep expertise in TTS architectures and audio processing pipelines. Previously an engineer in the energy sector, he is now an architect of voice models and AI solutions. He is passionate about fishing, but sees the real “catch” in clean datasets and working models.

She manages the team of business analysts: develops specialists, distributes workload, and oversees results. She is responsible for strategy and concepts in commercial projects, ensuring the quality of analytics and alignment with business goals. Her systematic thinking and ability to see the full picture help transform complex data into clear strategies. Outside of work, she also enjoys taking on challenging routes with a backpack on her shoulders, conquering new heights and drawing inspiration from the beauty of the world.
